    A premium, individualized approach to mental health support. As an out-of-network provider, I provide the documentation needed for you to utilize your benefits, with many plans reimbursing 50–80% of the session cost.

  • I am an out-of-network provider allowing us to focus entirely on your goals. I provide monthly superbills so you can easily utilize your out-of-network benefits. Typically, insurance plans reimburse 50–80% of session costs directly to you.

  • Yes. I offer in-person sessions at my office in Midland Park, NJ. For clients who prefer flexibility or reside elsewhere in New York or New Jersey, I also provide high-quality telehealth sessions
